Emerging Trend Of Men’s-Only Spas Offers Respite For Business Travelers
The industry organization ISPA reports the men’s market is the fastest-growing nationwide segment for spas.
El Rey, a unique "luxe executive men’s social club-spa hybrid," just opened its private doors policy to start catering to business travelers and tourists who visit Austin.
Up until now, one had to be a member to enter this club, but business travelers can now enjoy these facilities.
What’s unique about El Rey is that it offers three features under one roof: a spa, a barber-salon and a totally private room format (no other spa in the country has a private layout like this).
It also doubles as a downtown business and social club.
The club, founded by Dellionaire Clint Campbell, serves Fortune 100 executives, politicans, celebrities and athletes.

According to industry research, El Rey is billed as the nation’s largest men’s spa with 10 private treatment rooms, 18 flat screens throughout and an on-site bar and a plush lounge (to name a few of a long list of amenities).
Because of the growing trend in men’s travel and grooming needs, El Rey has decided to offer new day-member packages which include massages, leg therapy, skin care and other sessions to help a man de-stress from the airport, fight aging, take better care of himself and also relax in a comfortable (manly) setting.
